Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel had a relaxing and calm atmosphere, but the rooms were not as expected – smaller, lacking a sofa, and with a bathroom without a window. The location offered a great view as requested, but being located right below the kitchen in that poorly insulated building was a downside.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was perfect, with a great view facing the piazza, large enough for 2 adults and 2 young kids, modern bathroom, and a handy coffee maker for aperitivo hour breaks. The service was fantastic, the location central but a bit challenging to navigate. The dining was average at best. Overall, a great experience with a few areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small yet very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and nice. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever seen. However, the service, especially regarding the air conditioning issue, was not up to par. The location was fantastic, although close to a red light area.
Staying at this hotel was truly a mixed experience. While the rooms were spacious and mindful of cleanliness, I did wish for cooler temperatures. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Genova, although it took a bit of effort to locate initially. Service was top-notch, making our evenings truly relaxing with their warm welcome and assistance. The dining experience had its charm but came with an added cost that I found hard to justify.
I found this hotel to have a mix of positives and negatives. The atmosphere created in the rooms was relaxing and calm, but I felt it didn't quite meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel for the price paid. The room was spacious enough for my family with modern amenities, but the cooling system made it necessary to keep it on throughout the night, which was slightly inconvenient.
The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The room had interesting books for guests but I encountered issues with old windows that wouldn't shut properly and a loud humming sound, though it wasn't really an ongoing problem. On the bright side, they served one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever seen.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely basic but spacious, furnished with the least possible expense, yet had a great view as requested. The service was friendly and helpful, but there was a lack of charm at times. The location, while exceptional and in the center of the port, was not ideal due to its proximity to a red light area. The dining was good with a variety of choices, although staff behavior was a bit off. Overall, it's a budget-friendly option with some drawbacks to consider.
